WM Strategic Sales Coach in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania

I. Job Summary

A Strategic Sales Coach guides and develops National Account Managers (NAM) and Strategic Account Executives (SAE) to grow their skills and improve performance. A sales coach empowers sellers through continuous practice, guidance, and feedback.

II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.

  • Assess the skill level of the existing sales team to identify areas of strength and opportunity within the organization.

  • Collaborate with the Sales Directors on a regular cadence to discus areas of focus, opportunities for improvement, and strategic direction of the sales organization.

  • Coach team on an ongoing basis to continuously up-level sales processes, messaging, methodology, tools & skills

  • One on one coaching with NAMs and SAEs to develop individual sales and strategic skills.

  • Develop & deliver targeted coaching programs for topics such as negotiation and enterprise level deal cycles, strategic selling, and difficult conversations.

  • Drive measurable results by partnering with Enablement Director, Sales Directors and Learning & Development

  • Establish program objectives, metrics & measure training effectiveness to ensure continuous improvement.

  • Build strong relationships with the National Accounts Team and Leaders

  • Lead the development and delivery of a NAM and SAE specific onboarding program(s) focused on the strategic relationship skills needed to manage Enterprise Level accounts.

IV. Qualifications The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job. Must live and work in the US.

  • 7+ years working in a fast-growing in Sales Executive, Account Management, or Sales Leadership role.

  • Time spent in Enablement, Customer Success, Learning and Development or directly relevant role.

  • Passion for empowering others and demonstrating impact to the organization.

  • Ability to develop and deliver fully executed trainings and content, including presentations, e-learning, videos and other collateral.

  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to work across all internal teams.

  • Results-oriented; able to work autonomously and accomplish both project and team goals while hitting deadlines.

  • A team player capable of high performance and flexibility in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills (this role will require you to interact with employees and client management teams at all levels)

A. Education and Experience

Education: Bachelor’s Degree (accredited) in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or similar area of study, or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and seven (7) years of relevant work experience.

Experience: Ten (10) years of previous related experience (in addition to education requirement).

Normal setting for this job is an remote setting, but could require travel to field locations.

The expected base pay range for this position across the U.S is $119,000 - 136,000.00. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.
