Oracle Regulatory Compliance Specialist in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania
Job Description
Primary responsibilities and functions include:
Serves as subject matter expert with regard to compliance operations within the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, based on strong knowledge of US Government authorization processes. such as FISMA, FedRAMP and DoD Cloud Computing;
Evaluates regulatory compliance requirements and engages with a variety of cross functional teams in support of threat and vulnerability management;
Supports the maintenance of regulatory compliance authorizations, drafting and compiling documentation packages, engages in audits and conducts analysis of results on a continuous basis;
Evaluates information security and associated risk exposures; provides reasonable assurance that risk management, control, and governance systems are functioning as intended and will enable the organization’s objectives and goals to be met;
Performs analysis of vulnerability scan results to identify trends, assess severity, and prioritize remediation efforts based on risk
Experienced in generating executive level and detailed reports and summaries of vulnerability scan findings and presenting them to stakeholders to inform risk based decision-making
Primary contact for interfacing with government entities to present security posture or to understand and communicate with customers regarding their specific requirements;
Maintain awareness of evolving trends and current state of relevant compliance programs to integrate process improvements in existing activities
Reports risk management issues and internal controls deficiencies identified directly to the Governance, Risk and Compliance Program and provide recommendations for improving the organization’s operations, in terms of both efficient and effective performance.

Responsibilities
Successful candidates for this position must be very comfortable operating in a fast-paced organization. Candidates will be expected to engage in new compliance efforts, as well as maintain existing regulatory compliance obligations.
10 + years experience engaging in the day-to-day compliance operations, continuous monitoring, assessment & authorization for U.S Federal Government and/or Department of Defense systems is required.
5+ years relevant experience in IT Cloud or Cloud industry is ideal
A strong working knowledge of FISMA, FedRAMP, NIST, DoD SRG, FIPS standards is required.
Strong written and oral communication skills, and attention to detail.
Experience working on a team that follows Agile methodologies/DevOps experience.
Must be able to multi-task and simultaneously manage multiple projects/programs.
Ability to maintain a security clearance.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $87,000 to $178,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
