DESCRIPTION OF WORK Duties in this position include developing performance measures and program benchmarks for the statewide developmental disabilities system for the bureaus within the ODP program areas as assigned. You collect and analyze data relative to ODP's performance measures as they relate to organizational goals, objectives/benchmarks, initiatives, and program standards. You also prepare reports on attainment of outcomes and improvement activities for ODP staff, regulatory agencies, counties, providers, self-advocates, and their families.

Additional duties include developing criteria and coordinating monitoring and evaluation studies. You report your findings to measure the quality and appropriateness of developmental disability services. You also participate in the development and implementation of monitoring and evaluation practices for the statewide developmental disabilities program.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

Full-time employment, 37.5-hour work week Work hours are 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch. Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) full-time. You must report to the office one (1) day per month, and as needed for occasional meetings. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. Please check your email, including spam/junk folders, for these notices.   REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

One year as a Quality Assurance/Risk Management Specialist; or Three years of professional experience as a member of a multiple disciplinary treatment team in a public or private health care facility and a bachelor's degree; or Three years of clinical experience in a human services agency, including two years of administrative, evaluative, consultative or supervisory work in a health care program; and a bachelor's degree with major course work in social work, nursing, health care administration, behavioral sciences or a related field; or An equivalent combination of experience and training.
