Job Description

Privacy Program and AI Governance Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Privacy Program and AI Governance manager to join our SaaS Cloud Operations team. You will play a critical role in developing Oracle SaaS Cloud Applications AI and data privacy customer facing communications and documentation. Your responsibilities will include alignment with Legal and Product Management in developing customer responses and researching privacy issues and documenting accordingly.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Legal, and Compliance, to ensure alignment with business objectives and timelines.

  • Collaborate with product teams to help operationalize AI governance policies and procedures.

  • Lead the development of privacy and AI governance collateral supporting sales, ensuring they have the most up to date information on privacy features across SaaS cloud applications.

  • Be the privacy expert with product teams and guide privacy risk assessments and mitigation measures.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in an equivalent technology risk, corporate governance, product development, or compliance related role.

  • Strong written communication skills and the ability to produce written reports independently.

  • Degree or formal certification in a governance related field.

  • Familiarity with Responsible AI concepts such as bias and human in the loop.

  • Strong program management skills with ability to independently execute on projects.

  • Keen understanding of privacy-by-design principles and the ability to educate others on potential solutions to complex problems.

  • Practical experience identifying, assessing, and advising on privacy risks or controls for new products and technologies.

  • Familiarity with standards and regulations as they relate to SaaS cloud providers, such as the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), ISO 42001 and the NIST AI Risk Management Framework.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $92,900 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

  8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

  10. Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
