Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Product Manager to join our team, focusing on revolutionizing how we engage and serve our customers. As a Product Growth Principal Product Manager, you will be at the forefront of our efforts to design and deliver exceptional products tailored to the unique needs of our customers. Your primary goal is to reduce the cost of acquiring and implementing new customers. This role is ideal for someone passionate about product innovation, customer acquisition, and process optimization.
This role hiring locations are Denver, CO and Austin, TX preferred and will include working hybrid in office
5+ years of experience in product management, with a strong background in go-to-market strategies, customer acquisition, and process optimization.
Deep understanding of the NetSuite product and its applications.
Proficiency in market research methodologies, data analysis techniques, and product development processes.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
Experience in designing and launching products for specific market segments, with a focus on growth and cost reduction.
A bachelor's degree in a related field; a master's degree is preferred.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Cost Reduction and Efficiency : Collaborate with the Go-to-Market (GTM) team to streamline the sales and delivery process of NetSuite, reducing the cost of acquisition and implementation.
Sales Motion Optimization : Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to devise innovative strategies for lead generation and customer acquisition. Work to productize portions of our sales motion (such as lead generation and demo & trial accounts) to improve efficiency and reduce acquisition costs.
Onboarding Process Improvement : Understand the pain points and challenges NetSuite customers face during the implementation process. Collaborate with Customer Success implementation teams to ensuring a seamless onboarding process and positive customer experience. Execute strategies to improve the account provisioning and customer data migration process, reducing implementation costs and timelines.
Product Roadmap and Backlog Management : Create and manage the customer acquisition and onboarding product backlog and roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements that drive growth and reduce costs.
Business Use Case Development: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences in the emerging markets. Translate these insights into business use cases (BUCs) to support new feature development.
Issue Resolution: Support sales and customer success teams in resolving issues by coordinating with the support team to respond to open tickets and defects.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $92,900 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
