Aerotek Panel Assembler in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania

Job Title: Panel Assembler and Wirer

Shift: 1st shift Monday-Friday 7AM-3:30PM

Pay Rate: $18-$25/hour

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled individual to assemble and wire electrical panels. You will take industrial control prints from the design team and follow these prints to wire and assemble electrical panels. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in wiring electrical panels or, at the very least, an extensive background in wiring and electrical work. While a 2-year degree is preferred, it is not necessary. Experience with control panels, mechanical and electrical assembly, and the ability to read ladder diagrams, schematics, conductors, relays, PLCs, and blueprints is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble and wire electrical panels following industrial control prints.

  • Read and interpret ladder diagrams, schematics, conductors, relays, PLCs, and blueprints.

  • Ensure all work is completed accurately and efficiently.

  • Work comfortably around electric up to 480V for testing purposes.

  • Utilize hand and power tools for assembly and wiring tasks.

  • Perform soldering, brazing, and other related tasks as needed.

Essential Skills

  • Experience with electrical and mechanical assembly.

  • Ability to read and interpret prints and schematics.

  • Comfortable working with electrical systems up to 480V.

  • Proficiency with hand and power tools.

  • Soldering and brazing skills.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.
