Do you like working with your hands? The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board (PLCB) has an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Repairman 2! This position serves in the PLCB's Central Office Maintenance Division at the Northwest Office Building (NWOB). Bring your skills and experience to our team at the PLCB.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK This position is responsible for performing maintenance of various trades including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and painting throughout NWOB. Participates in the building's maintenance and repair program by performing skilled and semi-skilled tasks as required to include painting, masonry, plumbing, electric, carpentry, and other duties as necessary to ensure the upkeep and safety of the NWOB and grounds.

Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment. Work hours are 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday, with 60-minute lunch. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: Two years of experience as a Maintenance Repairman 1; or Four years of experience in building and plant maintenance work, which has involved at least two of the building, electrical, or mechanical trades; or Any equivalent combination of experience and training that affords the applicant with the Required Knowledges, Skills, and Abilities. Necessary Special Requirement: This position requires possession of a valid Pennsylvania Class C Driver's License.
