DESCRIPTION OF WORK As a Maintenance Repairman 1, you will be responsible for maintenance and repair work such as painting, remodeling, masonry work, and plumbing equipment repairs. You will also provide custodial services by cleaning floors, restrooms, windows, and surfaces. Additionally, you will be tasked with maintaining storage and care of maintenance tools, equipment, and machinery by changing oil, replacing filters and spark plugs, cleaning, and sharpening blades.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week Work hours are 8:15 AM to 4:15 PM, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch. Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable. Please Note: Selected candidates who are new to employment within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will begin employment at the starting annual salary of $34,621.00 (before taxes). Check your email, including spam/junk folders, for these notices.   REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: Two years of experience in general maintenance work which has involved at least two of the building, electrical, or mechanical trades; or Any equivalent combination of experience and training that affords the applicant with the Required Knowledges, Skills, and Abilities.
