Oracle Global Lease Administration - Team Lead in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania

Job Description

Oracle’s Global Real Estate Portfolio Organization is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Team Lead to oversee lease and sublease data management, ensure payment and billing accuracy, support cross-functional projects, and serve as a second-level reviewer for lease accounting and data integrity. This position supports compliance with ASC 842 and IFRS 16 standards while enabling efficiency and accuracy across Oracle’s global real estate portfolio.

About the Role

As the Team Lead – Real Estate Lease Administration , you will directly support a team of lease administrators responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of Oracle’s global lease and sublease data. Your primary responsibilities will include reviewing and approving the entry and modification of lease terms, financial obligations, and supporting documents in Oracle’s proprietary lease management system. You will also review payments and billings before they are interfaced to Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable.

In this role, you will be accountable for reporting and tracking key metrics, maintaining a strong pulse on the regional real estate portfolio and in-flight projects, and ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines. You will play a critical role in preparing for and supporting general ledger close periods by ensuring portfolio completeness.

In addition to daily team management and stakeholder support, you will lead process improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing lease administration operations. Success in this role requires strong analytical capabilities, a deep understanding of global lease and tax localizations, and the ability to maintain financial accuracy in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and review lease and sublease entries, lease modifications, and financial data setup in the lease management system.

  • Serve as a second-level reviewer to validate accuracy and ensure data integrity across the portfolio.

  • Review and interface lease-related payments and billings to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.

  • Provide support and guidance to team members and internal stakeholders; respond to lease-related and audit inquiries.

  • Lead and participate in lease administration projects, including system upgrades, implementation of new ledgers, acquisitions, and process improvements.

  • Ensure compliance with ASC 842, IFRS 16, and Oracle’s internal accounting policies.

  • Audit lease provisions and payment terms to ensure SOX compliance and adherence to Source-to-Settle policies.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Controllers, Finance, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Project Managers, Facility Managers, and external landlords or tenants.

  • Support global reporting efforts through regular data audits and the preparation of regional lease data for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Work with multiple currencies and translated lease documents using Oracle’s translation tools as needed.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in real estate lease administration, accounting, or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of lease accounting under ASC 842 / IFRS 16.

  • Experience with real estate contracts, subleases, and intercompany lease agreements.

  • Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work in a high-volume, dynamic environment with changing priorities.

  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

  • Experience working with global portfolios, multicultural environments, and multi-currency transactions.

  • Proficiency with Oracle lease management and financial systems.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range in USD from $41.83 to $85.63 per hour; from: $87,000 to $178,100 per annum. May be eligible for equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
