The Financial Planning and Analysis Lead will be a key member of the Enterprise Growth Finance team. In this role, you will utilize financial modeling and analytics to help create business strategy and influence business and product direction. You will be responsible for providing high quality financial support to Humana’s senior leadership, inclusive of tracking industry and competitive trends, developing and enhancing forecasting models, and running scenario analysis to support Humana’s strategic development in the marketplace. The Financial Planning & Analysis Lead works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.
The Financial Planning and Analysis Lead will work as part of the Enterprise NPV & CAC team under Enterprise Growth Finance. This position will utilize financial modeling and analytics to help create business strategy and influence business and product direction.
The Financial Planning and Analysis Lead will focus primarily on:
Customer Acquisition Cost Modeling – Build and maintain cost to acquire (CAC) modeling, using internal and external data points to inform analysis.
NPV Modeling – Application of NPV and CAC modeling principals to value investment and optimization efforts across the enterprise
Enterprise Growth Support – Provide financial and modeling ad hoc support to the Enterprise Growth organization, often pertaining to channel specific initiatives, partner negotiations, Marketing ad spend optimization, digital platform enhancement, etc.
Improve financial status by analyzing results and variances, identifying trends, and recommending actions
Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
5 or more years of finance and/or accounting experience, or equivalent
Proficient in financial software and advanced Excel skills
Project leadership experience with ability to lead and manage special projects that may necessitate cross-functional partnerships
Experience with financial modeling, including developing methods and criteria for measuring and summarizing data for complex analyses
Experience advising senior leadership on financial strategies
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
Prior Humana MA and/or CenterWell experience, working in Finance/Accounting
Prior Experience with long-term value and/or acquisition cost modeling
Advanced degree or certification including CPA, MBA, Actuarial, etc.
Experience with SAS, SQL, or other relational database software.
Additional Information
This position reports to the Director, Financial Planning & Analysis, Enterprise NPV & CAC. This position can work from home from anywhere in the US.

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$104,000 - $143,000 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
