DESCRIPTION OF WORK You will ensure compliance of sub-recipients with federal and state regulations by supporting the single audit review process, including reviewing audit reports, preparing work papers, and addressing findings and discrepancies with sub-recipients. Maintain regular communication with the supervisor to update on assignment progress and significant issues related to single audits. Assist higher-level auditors with desk or site monitoring reviews as needed. Upon successful completion of the 12-month probationary period, the Financial Programs Trainee will advance to Auditor 1 position.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

Full-time employment Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch. Work hours may vary dependent on activations or other needs of the operation Free Secure On-Site Parking Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, after successful completion of a comprehensive on-site training period. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable. Check your email, including spam/junk folders, for these notices.   REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

Four years of experience in bookkeeping work which included twelve (12) credits in accounting; or A Bachelor's Degree including twelve (12) credits in accounting; or Any equivalent combination of experience and training which includes twelve (12) credits in accounting.
