Oracle Federal Domain Senior Integration Architect in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania
Job Description
As an Integration Architect, you will be accountable for leading integrated client engagements. As a member of this team, you will manage complex client relationships with a high degree of variability, and require influence to achieve targeted outcomes. You will develop strategies for design, system validation, and integration across solutions and venues of care, as well as develop and oversee the execution of domain, issue and change management strategies. You will be responsible for mitigating and resolving integration risks proactively; serving as the final point of escalation. You will also provide integration oversight for engagements so that project deliverables and timelines are met while ensuring value is delivered to the client as committed. In addition, you will be responsible for providing integration and domain expertise to internal and external client project teams, as well as consult cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to impact solution direction and functionality with relation to integration and stability.
5+ years of experience relevant to this position including HCIT consulting experience. Prior team leadership or management experience is preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Strong influencing and negotiation skills. Ability to travel as needed.

Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.

Basic Qualifications

Due to specific client contract requirements, this position requires that the successful candidate be a U.S. citizen. The client contract also requires receipt of the appropriate government security clearance card applicable for the position
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
5+ years of Oracle Cerner experience, including domain and/or test environment management.
Knowledgeable navigating in Oracle Cerner applications and build tools.
Support Federal teams in advanced troubleshooting.
Highly skilled in managing client relationships and communications

Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $71,200 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
