DESCRIPTION OF WORK As a healthcare recruiter for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, you will source candidates for hard-to-fill and critical vacancies, identify and develop future talent pipelines, build relationships with high schools, colleges, universities, and community partners, develop recruitment plans, and communicate with hiring managers and other Human Resource professionals.

Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment. Work hours are 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch. This position will require travel and occasional overnights. An Alternate Work Schedule (AWS) may be offered at the conclusion of the probationary period. Home Headquartered: This position is a home headquartered position. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: One year as a Human Resource Analyst 1 including six months in the area of the parenthetical; or One year of experience in the performance of professional human resource duties, including six months of experience in the area of the parenthetical; and a bachelor's degree; or An equivalent combination of experience and training.
