As a Digital Multimedia Specialist 1 with CMS, you will join a full-service multimedia and marketing provider that transforms ideas into creative, compelling content for use on websites, social media, live broadcasts, television, and website design support. By meeting with Commonwealth agency or Governors' Office representatives to discuss their goals, guiding them through the media process, and helping them reach their objectives and outreach targets you will create the best value for our customers.

Advance your career and apply all your technical skills with video, audio, photography, multimedia editing, and post-production activities as well as your proficiency in current professional software including, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Photoshop, Apple Final Cut Pro, and Apple Motion. Develop, share, and execute creative ideas to inform Pennsylvania taxpayers with our team!

Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment Work hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with 60-minute lunch. Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time. Telework days are flexible based on project scheduling. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: Two years experience as a Digital Production Assistant; or Two years of professional video, audio and multimedia production experience, and a bachelor's degree in communications media or a related field; or An equivalent combination of experience and training.

Additional Requirements:

You must be able to perform essential job functions.

Preferred Qualifications (not required): Experience in news videography/editing Experience in live or studio audio production

Experience with graphic design Experience with motion graphics Experience editing and producing social media videos Experience in a videographer news role or cinematographer or videographer production role Experience in photography
