DESCRIPTION OF WORK As a Clerical Assistant 2, you will examine information on bureau forms to ensure proper issuance of temporary tags and data enters pertinent information using various systems. You must have full knowledge of the Motor Vehicle Code, Bureau forms, procedures and regulations adopted by the Department of Transportation pertaining to issuance of temporary tags. In addition, you will also be responsible for weekly processing of the Dealer Plate Reissuance Report, for scheduling temporary tag pick ups, and for delivering temporary tag pick up orders.

Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment. Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: Six months as a Clerical Assistant 1 (commonwealth title);  or Graduation from high school; or An equivalent combination of experience and training.

Additional Requirements: You must be able to perform essential job functions.
