As an Administrative Assistant 1 for the Bureau of Vehicle Management (BVM), you will be responsible for processing the Used Car Disposition Reports (STD-556) for all vehicles and or equipment that will be remarketed by our auction vendor in addition to the Used Car Disposition Reports for any and all "out-of-town" or "Off Auction Site" vehicles. Work involves the Auction remarketing sale process from startup to close out including but not limited to data entry and verification of all information needed to be processed in our database. You will have the opportunity to coordinate with the Office of the Attorney General any seized vehicles that may be offered for sale to double check for accuracy and continue the remarketing sale process by being at the auction company on any day to sign any required documents.

Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment Work hours are 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch. Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, after successful completion of a training program. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: Such training as may have been gained through graduation from a four year college or university or any equivalent combination of experience and training.

Additional Requirements: You must be able to perform essential job functions.
