Maintenance Technicians Needed !
Peter Becker Community is looking for qualified, caring individuals to join our Maintenance Team.
We currently have a Full Time Maintenance Tech position available. We pride ourselves on being a team who deliver cleanliness to our residents.

REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
1 years' experience in a maintenance role.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking for a thorough Maintenance Technician to undertake the responsibility of preserving the good condition and functionality of the premises
You will perform maintenance tasks of a great variety such as painting, repairs, landscaping, etc
A Maintenance Technician is a thorough professional with a practical mind and attention to detail
The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously and responsibly by observing all health and safety guidelines
The goal is to maintain the buildings and common areas in the best possible condition
Survey areas and perform preventative, repairs, and inspections as assigned
Complete assigned maintenance work on vacant and make-ready apartment units
Clean common areas and building exterior as needed
Complete resident work orders in a timely fashion
Perform manual repairs when necessary (fix locks, replace windows, etc.)
Snow removal as required
Conduct general upkeep procedures (e.g. landscaping) and other tasks as assigned (painting, carpentry, etc.)
*PHYSICAL DEMANDS: *Standing Majority of shift, lifting to 50 lbs., frequent bending, pushing, and pulling. Able to ambulate freely throughout the community.
