Silva & Sons Office Assistant in Harbor Springs, Michigan
Silva & Sons Landscaping is looking for an Office Assistant to be responsible for handling clerical tasks. You will be taking incoming phone calls from clients, managing files, updating paperwork and performing other general clerk duties and errands.
Roughly 20-25 hours a week
Responsibilites:
- Handling incoming phone calls
- Assisting with proposals
- Assisting with invoicing
- Recording daily jobs
- Recording employee hours
- Manage filing system
- Recording reciepts
- Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing
- Helping to organize and maintain office areas
- Maintaining inventory
- Data Entry
Requirements:
- Experience as an office assistant or related field
- Ability to work under limited supervision
- Great communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of Intuit Quickbooks (preferred)
