ManpowerGroup Customer Service/Coordinator I in Hanover, Pennsylvania

Title: Call Center Representative or Customer Service/Coordinator I

Location: Hanover, PA. HYBRID. (Onsite T, W, Th)

Duration: 2 months until the end of FY 2024 (7/31/24) with the possibility of extension until 1/2025 and FTE conversion after that

Will be flexible for shifts between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM Mon - Friday

Job Description:

• Assoc Degree Required - Bachelor’s Degree preferred

• Customer Service experience preferred

• Strong attention to detail

• Good communication and client interface skills

• Prioritize work received and complete in a timely manner utilizing sound judgment in making and implementing corrective action.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
