General Description:

Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Operations Support (SMOS) of the Compliance Team, the Sr. Compliance Auditor will be responsible for providing the highest level of customer service to external customers as well as corporate and field office employees. The Sr. Compliance Auditor is responsible for monitoring and maintaining the organization’s contractual compliance with its customers. The Sr. Compliance Auditor is a proficient expert in the management and collection of documentation as outlined in the Compliance process. He/She will act as an escalation point for the team.

Responsibilities

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform weekly back audits to review documentation for a population of hired consultants to ensure compliance with contractual requirements and accuracy of the Compliance Auditor.

• Back audit prepared documentation for Customer initiated audits to ensure accuracy and timeliness of response by the Compliance Auditor.

• Perform back audits of Account Reviews upon completion for accuracy and timeliness.

• Provide training and education to the field offices based on audit results as needed with the Compliance Auditor.

• Day-to-day support, coaching and development of Compliance Auditors regarding processes and account management.

• Assist in the on-boarding of new Compliance Auditors.

• Maintain the accuracy of on-boarding documentation and job aids as needed.

• Acts as an escalation point for the team.

• Develop, enhance and provide reporting requested to support business needs.

• Proactive research, problem solving, design and implementation of new and improved processes and policies based on results and/or trends, with support from the SMOS.

• Other areas as assigned or determined.

Qualifications

Required Education and /or Experience:

• Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience required.

• Microsoft Office advanced experience – use of Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.

• Strong written and verbal communication experience with all levels of an organization.

• Previous customer experience.
