Responsibilities:
Accountable for executing the in-country CRA growth plan (including but not limited to Property All Risks, Liability Insurance, Affinity Insurance) and focus on new sales.
Stay on track and increase year on year client retention ratio (renewal account) .
Executing the agreed growth plan, budget for allocated client portfolio and contributing to the annual planning cycle.
Managing the growth planning framework including a regular and dynamic focus on the Market Assessment process.
Shared ownership of the Pipeline with supervisor.
Coordinate, align and focus best resources to pipeline opportunities.
Identify, design and present suitable solutions that help to transfer and mitigate Clients’ risks
Provide timely assistance to Clients’ needs with respect to their insurance program
Constantly identifying valuable clients and where the biggest opportunities exist, developing client relationships positively influencing sales and client retention.
Positive Net Promoter Score from clients and regularly review value proposition to increase overall partnership position.
Accurate and timely input of leads and pipelines in required internal platform.
Reviewing all out-going client documents including but not limited to renewal contracts, client workshop communications/deck.
Undertake other accounts / projects/ initiatives as might be assigned.
Skills and experience that will lead to success.
University graduates, major in Non-life Insurance/ Economics/ Finance/ Banking/ Business
Having minimum 3 years of experience in Non-life Insurance/ Banking/ Finance/ Economics/ Account Management/ Project Management roles
Strong interpersonal skills – effective communication across organizational levels, self-awareness and emotional intelligence
Fluency in written and verbal communication in Vietnamese and English (working with colleagues across APAC) , fluency in Chinese is an advantage.
Having analytical mindset, critical thinking and problem-solving skill
Demonstration of self-discipline and organization
Devoted to details, motivated to achieve goals, possesses strong business knowledge
Proficient with MS Office systems
Working experience in insurance/ reinsurance industry .
