CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner, based in Sweden, to partner with our global accounts and manage all recruiting activities within Sweden, Denmark and Finland. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established EMEA Talent Acquisition Team, working strategically alongside the regional HR/People Team, supporting key client accounts. It is essential that the successful candidate is fluent in English.

About the Role:

As a CBRE Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for finding the most qualified and diverse candidates and managing the full recruitment process, from advertising roles, to screening great candidates, supporting the interview and offer process. Alongside this you will support the delivery of key Talent Programs and Initiatives.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop, manage, and administer recruitment programs and advertising.

  • Source from a variety of social media platforms and networks to identify top talent.

  • Support both internal/external sourcing and placement of candidates.

  • Assist with making recommendations for recruitment enhancements.

  • Educate managers and employees on staffing processes, regulatory compliance, and career planning.

  • Track staffing processes and recruiting efforts to ensure regulatory compliance.

  • Recruit for entry-level to Sr level roles. Assist with the recruitment of high-level and executive-level roles.

  • Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.

  • Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of own job discipline and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.

  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.

  • Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and other related teams.

  • Work within broad guidelines and policies.

What You’ll Need:

  • Previous experience within internal recruitment and talent acquisition.

  • Able to demonstrate experience of managing numerous stakeholders across a variety of regions UK, EMEA etc

  • Experience of running reports on key metrics and delivering that information to senior stakeholders and the client.

  • Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.

  • Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.

  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

  • Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.

  • Sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate mildly complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
