Sr. Staff Accountant
Job Description

Responsibilities
Assist in preparing internal financial documents for various departments and services.
Review periodic divisional financial packages.
Analyze financial data and prepare regular reports.
Review monthly financial reporting packages.
Compare expense accounts to targets.
Review month-end entries and allocations.
Prepare reconciliations for multiple entities.
Perform month-end entries and reconciliations.
Update asset records and depreciation schedules.
Conduct financial analysis and projections.
Analyze financial statements and assist with reporting.
Account for multiple partnerships and ensure compliance.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Essential Skills
Expertise in financial reporting.
Experience in the healthcare industry.
Proficiency in QuickBooks.
5+ years of experience.
Knowledge of fixed assets.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance is a plus.
Proficiency in Excel.
Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks a plus).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a dynamic work environment.
Ability to interface with team members at all levels in the organization.
Healthcare experience preferred.
Real Estate experience is a plus.
Work Environment
This position is based in an office setting. The work hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $95680.00 - $112320.00/yr.
