Your Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate the berth reservation process for all AIDA and Costa vessels across global ports
Maintain comprehensive, up-to-date knowledge of global port berthing regulations and procedures, ensuring full compliance to such policies
Oversee and resolve berth availability conflicts by coordinating with internal and external key stakeholders - including port agents, port authorities, and itinerary & deployment planning teams - to ensure operational efficiency
Coordinate port assessments in collaboration with internal departments
Support business case development and contribute to departmental projects, process improvements, and strategic initiatives as required
Participate in the company’s crisis management duty rotation, responding to operational emergencies in coordination with relevant teams
Your Profile
Bachelor’s degree or professional training in International Cruise Management, Tourism Management or comparable studies
Practical knowledge through professional experience (e.g. comparable work on a cruise ship or in a ground handling agency) with a minimum of 3 years
Negotiation experiences
Strong understanding of figures and cost awareness
Experience in office 365, Power BI and use of MXP would be a plus
Self-driven and autonomous way of working
Business fluent English skills (English is our company’s official language)

In this role you serve as key operational anchor point for enabling future deployments, minimizing risks, and supporting deployment reliability for our AIDA and Costa vessels. You act as a central coordination point between itinerary and brand deployment planning, port operations and external stakeholders. The position includes a crisis duty rotation which requires to react quickly and coordinate viable alternatives with limited time and information.
