Summary
CHS has an exciting opportunity in our Information Technology group. We are looking for a Business Analyst Intern for Summer 2025 to help support a variety of projects that will range in scale and complexity. Candidate must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, strong analytical and problem-solving skills and possess the willingness to learn new technologies and concepts. This position will function in a team-oriented environment and adhere to project timelines.
Responsibilities
Collaborate, gather, and understand requirements for Software Asset Management (SAM) and IT Service Management (ITSM) to formulate solutions that support business needs.
Help ensure common understanding with our stakeholders to ensure the solution meets the needs of the business.
Create lifecycle process and process workflows.
Support the development and delivery of key performance metrics and data analytics.
Assist in supporting the IT Service Management (ITSM) roadmap and capabilities, as they relate to Incident, Problem, and Request Management.
Analyze data and create dashboards for internal use and stakeholders.
Develop understanding of business processes, integration technologies, and team guidelines and standards.
Minimum Qualifications (required)
Currently pursuing a Bachelor or Graduate degree in Business Management, Information Management, Computer Science, or other STEM degree programs
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Analytical and interpretive skills
Basic understanding of workflows and business processes
Additional Qualifications
Knowledge or exposure of the ServiceNow Platform
Knowledge or exposure of IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL), IT Asset Management (ITAM), and IT Service Management (ITSM)
Understanding of Lifecycle Management, Workflow Standards, Process Flows, and/or Measurements
Knowledge or exposure to metrics and data analytics

Actual pay offered will vary based on multiple factors which may include, without limitation, experience, education, training, specialized skills and certifications, minimum wage/salary requirements under local law.
