What you will do:
Responsible for managing a high-performance team of security engineers to provide world-class security assessment services across the R&D organization.
Deliver Information Security processes, like Vulnerability Management, Security Risk Management, and Penetration Testing.
Support Product Security reporting through the Information Security Key Performance and Key Risk indicators and overall Program updates.
Provides leadership and direction by setting the context, defining accountabilities, tasks, and assignments, and establishing boundaries for decision-making and approvals.
Provides managerial direction, guidance, and translates the strategic picture for direct reports.
Understanding of information security governance/compliance frameworks and methodologies (e.g., ISO 17799/27001, ISO 17025, COBIT/NIST, SOC2).
Communicating frequently across all project disciplines to ensure the project team and senior management know upcoming milestones and risks/issues.
Develop Individual KRAs and development plans and conduct staffing reviews.
What you need:
Primary
Work experience of 10-15 years in technical and people management roles
Master's OR Bachelor's degree (Engineering) OR equivalent in related field
One or more certifications in cyber security
Experience in leading teams covering different domains of technology
Experience and knowledge of test methodologies and associated tools
Experience working with Global Stakeholders spanning across US timezones
Soft Skills
Excellent Written/Verbal communication skills, fluent in speaking English
Strong interpersonal skills, people influencing skills
Excellent organizational and documentation skills
Open and quick to learn
Good at stakeholder management
