We are looking for an influential professional responsible for leading the R&D Product Security team with a keen focus on products, processes, and people.

What you will do:

  • Responsible for managing a high-performance team of security engineers to provide world-class security assessment services across the R&D organization.

  • Deliver Information Security processes, like Vulnerability Management, Security Risk Management, and Penetration Testing.

  • Support Product Security reporting through the Information Security Key Performance and Key Risk indicators and overall Program updates.

  • Provides leadership and direction by setting the context, defining accountabilities, tasks, and assignments, and establishing boundaries for decision-making and approvals.

  • Provides managerial direction, guidance, and translates the strategic picture for direct reports.

  • Understanding of information security governance/compliance frameworks and methodologies (e.g., ISO 17799/27001, ISO 17025, COBIT/NIST, SOC2).

  • Communicating frequently across all project disciplines to ensure the project team and senior management know upcoming milestones and risks/issues.

  • Develop Individual KRAs and development plans and conduct staffing reviews.

What you need:

Primary

  • Work experience of 10-15 years in technical and people management roles

  • Master's OR Bachelor's degree (Engineering) OR equivalent in related field

  • One or more certifications in cyber security

  • Experience in leading teams covering different domains of technology

  • Experience and knowledge of test methodologies and associated tools

  • Experience working with Global Stakeholders spanning across US timezones

Soft Skills

  • Excellent Written/Verbal communication skills, fluent in speaking English

  • Strong interpersonal skills, people influencing skills

  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills

  • Open and quick to learn

  • Good at stakeholder management
