The responsibilities of the role will be reporting and business administration activities. Being part of the core team in SI controlling, having the ability to understand processes, internal control topics, process related topics such as competitiveness initiatives, cost out program etc. would be an added advantage.
Key responsibilities:
• Monitoring receivables/collections and enabling review process and effective cash management.
• Weekly actual Vs collection plan update to OPCo Leaders and Overdue % calculation.
• Alignment of monthly Debtors call with all BU functional head.
• Dashboard preparation and circulation – GRIR, GIT, MTO, BGs, Web cycle etc.
• Liquidation plan/Risk management i.e CWIP and EMDs
• Monitoring Site cash, UNC, Write back of unclaimed credits > 365 days.
• BG risk assessment.
• Facilitating internal and external audits (PWC) for receivables and payables.
• Support for ICFR control testing and IFRS 16 workings.
• Productivity analysis and closure with OpCo management along with Quarterly reviews.
• Coordination for SI Cost Audit on yearly basis.
• Annual reassessment of AVD file note on yearly basis.
• Credit Admin approvals/ Credit ratings and linking approvals (DCAO).
Requirements:
• B Com with 5-7 years experience/Masters in Finance/CA/ICWA with 2-3 years experience
• Working level knowledge in accounting and finance concepts
• Hands on experience with SAP, Excel, power point
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Keen to learn, explore and innovate with reporting/automation
• An analytical mind, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
