Google Category Business Manager in Gurugram, India
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking, in the Consumer Electronics, OEMs, Telecom, E-Commerce/Retail, or Technology industries.
Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
Experience managing agreements or partnerships.
Preferred qualifications:
5 years of experience in a management consultancy, strategy, or Go-to-Market role in the technology/consumer goods industry.
Ability to adapt to changes in a fluid work environment.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work with leadership and multiple cross-functional teams to drive alignment on go-to-market strategy and execution plans.
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze data sets to drive insights on market trends for informed decision-making.
The Business Strategy and Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.
Partner with the India Devices and Services Business Organization (DSBO) Country lead and Sales team/partner managers to develop the Go-to-Market strategy and business plans for Pixel, with focus on delivering the in-year business plan while also assessing medium term opportunities.
Lead coordination of promotions planning and business/channel incentives budget management across the Pixel portfolio in India to enable achievement of quarterly and annual business goals and metrics.
Drive analysis on market trends, insights and Pixel business performance to develop recommendations on business plans to help the Sales team unlock growth opportunities while mitigating risks.
Foster effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
