This paid program is designed for talented professionals who've had a career break of at least 3 Months and are eager to make a comeback.

The role

The Role:

  • Build relationships with the relevant BU management and employees in order to gain the credibility and influence the business, develop a thorough understanding of the business needs and challenges how the business operates

  • Advise the business on people related processes and risk in partnership with all HR functions in order to provide an efficient and quality service to the business

  • Responsibility for the leadership and successful execution of several key HR projects within the Strategic HR Business Plan as it relates to the functions

  • Drive business decisions and understand the business needs, as per legal and regulatory framework in which they operate

  • Ensure that the business attracts, develops and retains high quality talent, at all levels in a continuous pipeline, to support the growth objectives, opportunities and strategies of the business

  • Manage all employee relations issues, educating the business to take accountability and manage risk

  • Coaching and supporting different HR Teams and Business Stakeholders

  • People management Skills: Lead people and change management projects, through building strong business relationships with internal clients, workforce planning and talent management to the business

  • Ensure compliance to local regulations/HR policies/standards solving disputes

    Skills Required:

  • Management of increments and bonus process for all employees

  • Ability to drive effective Rewards & Recognition program

  • Ability to drive Company’s core Vision and Values

  • Sound knowledge of local labor law ability to advise on practical application at company and individual level

  • Well-rounded capability across the full employee life-cycle right from Hire to Retire

  • Expertise in performance management, talent management & succession planning

  • Proven experience in an HR role

  • Expertise in MS-Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc). Ability to create dashboards and spreadsheets and provide meaningful representation of data & numbers

  • Strong communication skills and able to connect with diversity group of stakeholders at all levels

What we need to see from you

Qualifications:

• Preferably MBA (HR) or relevant certifications/courses in Human Resources

• At least 3-5 years of professional HRBP experience, in tech industry is highly preferred. • Proven good performance in relationship development. • Detail oriented with ability to break down projects into smaller tasks. • Able to handle large volumes of work and meet tight deadlines; • Skilled in relationship building; good communication with external and internal teams. • Highly motivated and results oriented. adapt to and embrace change in a rapidly changing environment;

  • A career break of at least 6 Months and a strong desire to reintegrate into the workforce.

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Human Resources, Organizational Development, or Education.

  • Prior experience in project coordination or related roles, particularly involving training and development programs, is beneficial.

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with freshers, mentors, trainers, and stakeholders.

  • Passion for supporting the growth and development of fresh talent and fostering a positive learning culture within the organization.
