This role will challenge you to work with one of our most complex; however, innovative products. While this product is a legacy product for our team, it certainly has experienced the most growth both in product and in team structure. This team is highly collaborative and made up of strong performers oriented towards growth and development.

About the Role

As a Product Manager, you will own one or more product features and lead projects for those features. Owning product development plans, you will propose new features based on your understanding of the customer. You will prioritize and communicate production customer issues and defects and lead demonstrations to stakeholders at program milestones.

Responsibilities

· Interacting with customers to represent user needs, understanding pain-points, and building solutions that make a difference

· Facilitating market research and gathering data to gain insights and understanding to make effective product decisions

· Collaborating with internal cross-functional teams to successfully delivery on-time and robust product enhancements and solutions

· Participating in product discovery meetings to contribute to research, processes, and product developments

· Evaluating product hypotheses in a quantitative manner using AB testing for interactive products to generate new ideas

· Managing portions of our product life-cycle by planning and documenting objectives

Requirements

· Show a customer-centric focus when creating solutions

· Have brilliant organizational skills and be able to adapt and flex to deliver multiple priorities

· Be able to collaborate with cross-functional Technical teams to create, build, and ship successful products to customers

· Demonstrate experience in using a data-driven approach to solve problems and deliver effective solutions

· Have great experience working as a Product Owner, shipping enhancements and innovation to customers

· Have excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences

· Show knowledge of data and technical architecture principles or best-practices, and be familiar with SDLCs and agile processes

· Have a proficient background in various technologies including Excel, Balsamiq, Tableau, Python and SQL
