Overview:

The Project Management business vertical is a specialized business within CBRE which partners with clients to deliver projects from “concept to completion” by implementing cost efficient, industry leading processes to optimize projects, minimize risk and create value.

As a member of this team, the position holder would be involved in assisting in the implementation of various business enablement platforms, making processes and reports while interacting with business leaders and members of the Project Management business across all markets within India.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Pitch/Bid Management – Pre-Sales Support

o Providing support to regional Business Development Teams on the ongoing Bids

o Coordinating with regional teams on RFI/RFP responses

o Working with the regional teams on Capability preparations with the mandated format, information

o Collaborating with other service lines for leads and driving pitches

• Managing and reviewing the pitch collaterals decks

• Support Sales Operations Technology & Information platform

• Coordinating & supporting Marketing team by providing relevant information for various marketing initiatives.

• Play a critical role in understanding business process and integrating these with existing technology platforms for the Project Management business.

• Support the team by gathering and developing critical reports and reviewing key opportunities to drive business goals and initiatives.

• Prepare, publish, and provide commentary for standing reports and dashboards on time against daily, weekly, monthly, and annual deadlines.

Basic Qualifications & Personal Attributes:

• Excellent communication skills

• Demonstrated Excel/Access or other database modeling capabilities

• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to articulate complex data and concepts both verbally and written in English

• Proficient on Salesforce or other similar CRM and BI platforms for data use and extraction

• Ability to think outside traditional approaches and evaluate implications on business

• Customer service oriented

• Enthusiastic/High initiative

• Ability to manage timelines

• Very good attention to detail and ability to continuously follow-up

Basic Qualifications & Personal Attributes:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

• 1 – 3-year experience in Pre-Sales support/Platform or Sales Operations
