We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to drive strategic initiatives within our AI/ML Platform team. You and your team will lead projects focused on delivery features that help teams across the enterprise to streamlining development of their AI/ML solutions and increase operational efficiency. Ideal candidates have a proven track record of managing teams, complex technical projects, excellent stakeholder communication skills, and deep familiarity with AI/ML platforms development.
Primary Responsibilities:
Lead TPM team that is responsible for technical program planning, execution, and delivery of features for enterprise AI/ML platform (United Ai Studio)
Drive continuous engagement with AI/ML platform customers to identify their needs and drive delivery of scalable
solutions using latest technology that will address those needs
Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, data science, product) to efficiently deliver high quality - high impact solutions to AI/ML platform customers
Identify project risks, manage dependencies, and proactively resolve issues to meet deadlines
Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
7+ years of technical program management experience in AI/ML or data infrastructure
Deep understanding of AI/ML development lifecycle, data connectors, APIs, ETL, orchestration frameworks (Airflow,
Kubeflow, etc.) and real time and batch deployments
Solid communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
