Primary Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of engineers
Manage assigned engineering projects from start to finish
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders
Develop and implement technical strategies and roadmaps
Improve engineering processes and workflows
Participate in recruiting and onboarding new team members
Review performance of team members and support their growth
Ensure code quality through reviews and testing
Resolve technical challenges and operational issues promptly

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
10+ years of experience in software development with a focus on C#, ASP.NET, .NET Framework, Angular, Azure, and DevOps
10+ years of experience Azure cloud services and experience in managing cloud-based applications
Hands-on experience in designing and developing high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems and delivering high-availability and performance
Extensive experience with databases (SQL & NoSQL), web servers, and UI/UX design
Solid experience in DevOps practices including continuous integration, continuous delivery, and automated testing
Solid knowledge of software architecture, object-oriented design, design patterns, and agile best-practices
Current and deep knowledge of multiple programming languages including C#, JavaScript, and TypeScript
Proficient in backend and frontend development using .NET as well as frontend development using Angular
Proven solid problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Proven solid commitment to quality and a thorough approach to work
Proven excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to learn new software technologies and stay updated with the latest industry trends
