- Manage incoming calls and inquiries with professionalism
- Provide support to team members as needed
- Accurately enter data into our systems
- Conduct quality inspections of products to ensure excellence
- Prepare communications, memos, emails, invoices, sales reports, quotes, work orders, and other required documents
- Liaise with management, customers, and engineers to gather product information for preparing drawings and quotes
