Summary
Provides broad administrative, project and office support to a senior company executive and departmental staff members.
Detailed Description
Incumbents may determine best methods and procedures to follow to complete assignments. Tasks are very complex in nature where considerable judgment and initiative are required in resolving problems and making recommendations. Decisions/actions may have an impact on the department’s goals and may go beyond the department. Works under minimum Supervision. Situations not covered by standard processes, procedures and methods are referred to manager or expert resource. May provide functional guidance to others performing similar work. May be considered the expert in areas assigned. Builds internal and external relationships that require exchanging information and providing some explanations in a problem solving capacity.
Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:
Administer India’s Corporate Credit Card Program including the card application process, transactions oversight, card usage, reporting and data analytics.
Respond to calls and emails, documenting and recording all incidents and requests raised by employees.
Liaise with the bank as required for New card requests, card status updates, limit modifications, card blocking and surrendering etc.
Collaborate with the Accounting / Payment team to ensure timely payments of corporate cards.
Monitor unsubmitted card transactions and work with employees to ensure timely submission. In case of any delinquency in report submission regular follow up / escalations as required.
Domestic and International Travel related coordination
Support in Transfer of employee PF account / Withdrawal of PF amount if any.
Assisting the Client in the handling of PF & ESI inspections
Liaison with the PF & ESI department
Assisting in the preparation and submission of PF & ESI-related correspondence.
Legal consulting related to PF & ESI matters / Information relating to legislative changes, if any.
General coordination – Site activity coordination
Knowledge/Skills/Competencies
Strong knowledge of computer applications and the ability to accurately perform tasks in some or all of the following applications: Access, Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Knowledge of the applicable areas of Celestica business in which the incumbent is located.

Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with a wide variety of internal and external customers.

Physical Demands
Duties of this position are generally performed in a normal office environment.
Duties may require extended periods of sitting and sustained visual concentration on a computer monitor or on numbers and other detailed data. Repetitive manual movements (e.g., data entry, using a computer mouse, using a calculator, etc.) are frequently required
