GENERAL POSITION DESCRIPTION: Support the Commercial Accounts Sales Team providing all necessary information to our Account Executives, customers, and prospects to offer an outstanding service.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.•Support Account Executives in the preparation and processing simple quotes (basic services and equipment requested) •Perform data gathering and documentation of the location and usage of the services •Prepare new and renewal contracts including addendum •Prepare LNP, LOA, IVU documents and any additional required documentation for order processing. •Audit and ensure sales documents quality, before been summited to Account Management, to minimize partials approval •In the beginning of each sales month, follow up, and executive meeting with the sales executives to remove any partial pending in the system. •Audit ETS, Transport, & marketing timeframes to deliver quotes, special pricing and on-time installations. •Approve sales in the system based on the Sales Policy •Support the Finance Department in case of sales audits and investigations •Analysis the prospect current providers invoice and prepare inventory services table •Request Bid and Performance Bonds •Support the team in the marketing events and other activities •Provide first response to the customers upon demand •Participate in internal and external meetings to support Sales Director or Manager (upon request) •Support the team by delivering account information such as contract expiration, actual services or any other information needed. •Support the sales rep to gather all the information needed to process new account creation, new services, new orders and any information needed to advance and complete the sales cycle. •Support the sales team to keep the customer informed of all processes including calling or emailing the customer directly SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This job has no supervisory responsibilities. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; and one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Customer service and/or sales experience preferred but not required.SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES•Excellent interpersonal skills, Work effectively under pressure. •Excellent communications skills (verbal and written). •Capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment. •Oriented to a people and teamwork environment. •Excellent analytical skills. •Written comprehension and expression to develop business value propositions and communication with customers and peers. •Inductive reasoning to analyze customer information design solutions. •Knowledge and capability to implement the Sales Process. •Knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to work with OSS and CRM systems.
