Systems Analyst

At GDIT, people are our differentiator. As a Systems Analyst you will help ensure today is safe and tomorrow is smarter. Our work depends on Systems Analyst joining our team to provide second-level technical support to ensure end users' day-to-day IT equipment and access is operational.

HOW A SYSTEMS ANALYST WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

●Providing support as a Tier 2 Service Desk Technician.

●Delivering excellent customer service and quick resolution of technical issues for customer.

●On-site support, implementation, reimaging, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of desktops, notebooks, printers, and associated peripherals.

●Troubleshooting and resolving issues involving Microsoft Windows, desktop applications, collaboration tools, shared drives, email, and other technologies.

●Supporting Microsoft Office 365 and Active Directory products.

●Documenting and tracking customer incidents and requests via ticketing management system by ●updating troubleshooting and resolution efforts and efficiently escalating tickets to appropriate teams when applicable.

●Isolating and resolving issues with individual workstations.

●Acting as a resource to answer user questions about hardware and software issues.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

● Education: Associates Degree in a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.

● Required Experience: 1+ years of directly related experience supporting help desk operations.

● Security Clearance Level: Minimum Secret, must be upgradeable to TS/SCI

● CompTIA Security+ certification with valid CE status.

● Microsoft MD-100/101/102 or Azure certification

● Location: On Site, Guantanamo Bay Naval Base, Guantanamo Bay, Cuba

● US Citizenship Required
