关键职责:

  • 负责区域内的销售工作,分解销售任务,完成销售指标

  • 对区域内行业客户进行分类,做好渠道发展规划,大力拓展渠道代理商,建立及管理渠道代理商体系

  • 收集区域内行单信息,跟进项目,做好行单报备及保护,确保行单落地

  • 及时处理渠道问题,协调解决代理商反映的情况,妥善处理客户投诉

  • 协调配合各职能部门的工作事项,团结同事

基本要求:

  • 大专以上学历,1-4年的工作经验要求

  • 熟悉当地IT市场,有IT厂商及分销商工作经验优先

  • 具备较强的沟通能力、执行能力、时间管理能力及自我驱动力

  • 熟练使用办公软件,具备基本的英语能力

Retail Account Manager

What you’ll achieve

As a Retail Account Manager, you will drive activities that increase the sale of products and positive customer experiences, working with stores within a territory to drive productivity goals.

You will:

• Manage relationships with Channel partners at store level in a defined geography

• Articulate the Dell Technologies business model and its impact to selling Dell Technologies products and services towards the assigned retail partners

• Coordinate onsite operational activities for the assigned partner

Essential Requirements

• Knowledge of the breadth of Dell Technologies offerings

• Good interpersonal skills and customer focus

• Ability to build good customer and partner relationships

• Experience with dealing with retail/channel partners

Desirable Requirements

• 1 to 2 years relevant experience
