Talent Acquisition Specialist Location: Remote Job ID: #69131 Pay Range: $50-57 12 month contract Talent Acquisition Specialist (Cleared Programs) Primary Responsibilities: * Collaborate with hiring managers to create dynamic job descriptions and understand the skills and abilities required for cleared technical roles * Facilitate the identification and selection of low-density cleared talent using multiple sourcing methods and make candidate recommendations to hiring managers * Act as a subject matter expert on market trends and competitive intelligence, sharing insights with customer groups to enhance their understanding of the market and talent landscape * Partner effectively with HR partners when working compensation offers, compliance, onboarding and other processes * Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify, pipeline and source qualified candidates. * Provide complete, accurate, timely and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position to ensure a world-class candidate experience. * Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Collins Aerospace, Mission Systems, and the aerospace industry * Drive the recruitment process by setting clear expectations and delivering on commitments with a sense of urgency to the business as well as internal and external candidates * Ensure that recruiting and hiring practices are compliant with all applicable local, state, and federal employment laws and OFCCP / EEOC guidelines * Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements. * Real-time applicant tracking system data management MUST HAVE Qualifications: * *Extensive experience recruiting cleared talent, preferably Top Secret and TS/SCI * * At least 5 years of full-lifecycle cleared technical recruiting experience in the defense/aerospace industry, with focus on software/systems engineering and cybersecurity technology * Extensive experience developing and executing sourcing strategies across a variety of platforms * Knowledge and experience complying with OFCCP regulations * Familiarity with defense and aerospace industry security clearance adjudication and maintenance standards * Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience Preferred Qualifications: * Workday experience preferred Benefits provided: 401K, medical, dental, and vision, sick time as applicable to state law Butler America Aerospace, LLC. is proud to provide an equal opportunity workplace and be an affirmative action employer.
