The team you will be a part of

The Information Systems team is responsible for implementation of the enterprise architecture and the development and maintenance of the organization's computing/IT environment. Determines and develops architectural approaches and solutions, conducts business reviews, documents current systems and develops recommendations of how to proceed with the applications.

This role in summary

This role will Manage the delivery of Europe/KASA Enterprise Infrastructure (EIS). This role is responsible for supporting employees in the region in working toward productivity in the workplace. In addition, this role will serve as the single point of contact for network services, Compute Services and End User Services. As a leader for Service Delivery, the Manager - EIS expected to lead in helping to define the experiences and services that assist our top executives and improve workflows that impact all employees in Whirlpool. Additionally this role will support and partner with the Winning Workplace, Global EIS/GITin the implementation of their strategic.

Your responsibilities will include

Day to Day

Reporting to the Senior Manager, End User Services and Technology, the Manager - EIS will deliver and be accountable for the following services and experiences:

End User Services Leadership

  • Manage a strategy around the end user experience and services, thinking about conference room experience, meeting experiences, how to enable our employees with the knowledge and services they need.

  • Own the delivery of processes for Service Desk, Deskside support, Device Support and Video Conferencing support and End User Services in general

  • Manage the operational execution of partner-delivered services for End User Services

Executive Support Leadership

  • Support for the technology and tools used by our executives at Whirlpool, including mobile devices, personal devices, software systems, collaboration platforms, video conferencing, etc.

  • Support the processes and services around our executive level staff and supporting staff, ensuring appropriate SLA’s are defined and met.

  • Support and escalation of executive technology issues, ensuring immediate resolution, root cause analysis and fixes.

General Infrastructure Single point of contact

  • Partner with the Global Network team to provide services to the KitchenAid EMEA Team

  • Partner with the Global compute teams to support services provided to the KitchenAid EMEA Team

  • Be a subject matter expert for ITIL processes in the region

Job Responsibilities

  • Drive technical/process/solution efforts, including structuring analyses, generating insights and developing recommended actions for Global Information Technology and business stakeholders.

  • Support Executive technology requirements.

  • Keep technology current and supported with root cause analysis (look forward and inward).

  • Design, analyze and implement efficient technology solutions and services to improve business processes.

  • Maintain an enterprise perspective on capabilities and initiatives, identifying dependencies that could impact collaboration and technology.

  • Engage with other end user service groups to share best practices, lessons learned and experiences.

  • Engage with Pomeroy, Metmox, Lexmark and TCS Vendors related to services they deliver.

Minimum requirements

  • Strong people leadership, influence and networking skills

  • Experience with Google Workspace for Enterprise, Google Meet, Windows, Chrome and Mac OS

  • Customer service experience, either in technology or otherwise.

  • Analytical thinking and being able to learn how to absorb and analyse large amounts of information.

  • Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced, demanding environment.

  • Initiative, motivation and capability to manage diverse workload effectively and accustomed to seeking solutions.

Preferred skills and experiences

  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Experience in a service delivery role either within a supplier or client environment.

  • Demonstrated technical leadership acumen.

  • Demonstrated people leadership skills

  • Ability to understand and dissect business needs and translate technological capabilities into actionable business solutions.
