Amthor International Marketing Content Manager in Gretna, Virginia

Position Overview:

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the company's goals, target audience and brand identity.
  • Communicate with senior management about marketing initiatives and project metrics, as well as to brainstorm fresh strategies.
  • Organize promotional events at trade shows and other venues, coordinating with our staff to ensure prompt delivery of materials and merchandise.
  • Partner with creative teams, other internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendors.
  • Driving brand awareness, engagement and lead generation through strategic content marketing.
  • Creating high quality and compelling content across multiple platforms, including websites, blogs, videos, reels, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Optimizing content for search engine optimizations and ensuring consistent brand messaging and tone.
  • Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with the stakeholders and leveraging the right internal processes.
  • Build marketing programs to support specific marketing objective across different channels and segments in support of our overall strategic marketing plan.
  • Manage, oversee, and implement companies social media and CRM marketing plan. Able to develop a creative social media and CRM marketing strategy.
  • Assist with the creating and implementation of all communication, collateral, print, web, social media, etc.
  • Ability to update and maintain companies' website through Word Press.
  • Develop content calendars on a weekly/monthly basis for marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Research marketing trends and best practices to stay up to date on trends.
  • Coordinate community initiatives and company involvement.
  • Ability to write press releases. Develop corporate communications.
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns/initiatives, gain insight and assess against goals.
  • Monitor websites and social media outlets to ensure compliance, reputation management and accurate information is published in association with Amthor International.
  • Monitor competition and develop a competitive analysis and update when needed.
  • In house photography for social media.
  • Conduct photo/video/graphic productions for publications.
  • Be able to understand and decipher analytics for all SEO, SEM and retargeting campaigns and be able to recommend and make any changes necessary.
  • Maintain set budgets and forecasting for events, tradeshows, supplies, etc.
  • Event planning for new employees, recruitment, strategic planning with Human Resources.
  • Interpersonal communications with Human Resources for events, newsletter, etc.
  • Order business cards, apparel, supplies, and goods using Amthor International logo.

Any other duties assigned by company management that are included but not limited to the list above.

Job Qualifications/Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism or a related field.
  • 3 + years of experience as a content manager, content strategist or similar role.
  • Self motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-pace nvironment.
  • Experience using analytics tools to monitor content performance and make data driven decisions like Google Analytics.
  • Cultural understanding and sensitivity to tailor content to our target audience's preferences, interest, and nuances.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize task and meet deadlines.
  • An analytical management skills with the ability to prioritize task and meet deadlines.
  • Proper time management skills and manage workload effectively and independently.
  • In-depth working knowledge of social media platforms.
  • Ability to create and edit videos and reels.
  • Ability to work in Word Press-preferred but not required.
  • Competency with Microsoft Applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English with a strong command of grammar and language suited for all audiences.
  • Experience with content distribution and amplifications strategies, including social media advertising and influencer marketing.
  • Ability to interact with people and have strong social skills.
  • Demonstrates the ability to create high-quality, engaging, SEO-friendly content across digital and print platforms.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and keyword research tools.
  • Experience with content strategy development and implementation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
