onsemi Security Site Leader in Gresham, Oregon
onsemi is seeking a Security Manager at our Gresham, OR site.
Responsibilities:
Reduce the risk to our employees and suppliers across multiple areas of our operations.
Manage and direct the planning and implementation of risk reduction efforts.
Lead the development and training of a dynamic security department.
Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment with the business goals.
Lead the Gresham security organization by working closely with multi-functional stakeholders.
Implement programs and policies to minimize the risks to our employees and other assets, enabling the success of the company.
Conduct investigations into incidents that have occurred that could impact the safety of our employees or be counter to the best interests of the company.
Act as an expert consultant to our internal customers around issues of physical security, providing recommendations on policies, system design, and risk reduction methods.
Manage the relationships and performance of security services and systems vendors.
Ensure that incidents are reported and recorded according to policy
Support the establishment and maintenance of appropriate levels of liaison with senior management and external agencies to ensure all security risks are identified and mitigated
Support regulatory and legislative compliance
Other duties as required
