Insight Global RN Health and Wellness Director in Gresham, Oregon

Job Description

The RN Health and Wellness Director will serve as the leader overseeing clinical care and their team. Duties of the director include assessing resident care level, driving occupancy, reviewing and updating care plans for residents, onboarding, training new hires, etc. Additionally, the director will need a strong regulatory background due to the facility struggling with regulatory compliance.

Skills and Requirements

-Registered RN in the state of OR

-Strong regulatory background

-Experience working within assisted living or similar field (long term care, home health, rehab, skilled living, etc.)

-Strong communication skills

-Relationship building/leadership skills

-Proficient computer skills null
