Description We are in search of a HR Recruiter with a focus on the High Tech - Electronics industry, based in Greer, South Carolina. The role involves active recruitment, particularly for technicians and project managers, and requires a tech-savvy individual adept at using platforms like LinkedIn for reaching out to potential candidates. This position offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity and will play a critical role in the growth and development of our team in the United States.
Responsibilities:
• Actively engage in recruitment for technician and project manager roles within the industry.
• Utilize LinkedIn and other social media platforms to contact and attract potential candidates.
• Navigate the US market, which is known for high personnel fluctuation.
• Handle between 5-10 open job positions at a time.
• Distinguish between HR and Recruiting tasks, understanding that they are two different functions.
• Use e-Recruitment tools and techniques for efficient and effective recruitment.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from identifying potential hires to onboarding new employees.
• Report to the higher management regarding the status and results of recruitment efforts.
• Prepare for the opening of a new office location. Requirements • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HR Recruiter, preferably in the High Tech - Electronics industry
• Proficient in e-Recruitment tools and software
• Demonstrated experience in Full Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates
• Strong capabilities in Onboarding new employees, ensuring they are effectively integrated into the company
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• High level of discretion and confidentiality to handle sensitive information
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple hiring processes simultaneously
• Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
• Familiarity with labor regulations and HR practices
• Proven ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with hiring managers and candidates
