Spectrum Sr Leadership Facilitator in Greenwood Village, Colorado

The Senior Leadership Development Facilitator is responsible for implementing and executing leadership initiatives, providing guidance and feedback for consistent delivery and design of company-wide programs. Delivers structured and tailored leadership content (e.g., DDI, DiSC, etc.) and programs aligned with company goals and strategic direction. Responsible for virtual (via Webex Meeting/Training Center) and in-person learning facilitation for frontline and senior-level leaders to Vice Presidents and above. This position requires at least 10 years of facilitation experience at the professional level and at least 3 years leadership development facilitation experience.
WHAT OUR SENIOR LEADERSHIP FACILITATORS ENJOY MOST
Use a variety of delivery methods to develop participants' skill sets. This includes classroom instruction, virtual training, team meetings, on-line learning debriefs, hands-on labs, peer-to-peer coaching, and train-the-trainer sessions
Follow facilitator guide to lead learners through appropriate activities, discussions and debriefs
Incorporate business expertise to bring key points to life through interactive dialogue

Work one-on-one with learners to identify areas of strength and opportunity
Facilitate the self-discovery of strengths and opportunities for development in others
Seek input from and provides feedback to learners to aid with knowledge transfer and behavior change
Recommend leadership content and solutions to address business challenges to learners
Recommend leadership solutions to address business challenges
Model exceptional facilitation skills for front-line leader audiences
Communicate and facilitate exceptionally for audiences through senior-level leadership
Facilitate learning to the Vice President and up audience
Provide guidance to peers on best practices to manage the classroom environment
Demonstrate expert industry and company-specific knowledge
Exhibit a commitment to continuous learning by pursuing development opportunities to obtain additional expertise and strengthen core skills, building and improving job-related knowledge and leadership skills while seeking feedback from others
Seek input from and provides feedback to leaders on success of learners and learning programs
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to assist the curriculum development team with revisions to existing course content
Participate in task forces, committees and/or team meetings
Take lead training role in task forces, committees and/or team meetings providing learning subject matter expertise
Serve as a team lead
Serve as a role model and mentor for other team members
Partner with HR leaders and Org Effectiveness on development solutions for team off-sites and summits
Facilitate 360 Coaching for leaders
Provide one-on-one executive coaching
Perform all administrative duties including class preparation, schedule administration, and participant record maintenance (e.g., evaluations and attendance). Performs all LMS prerequisite requirements and post-training duties including evaluation
Ensure that materials are ordered, rooms are booked and meals are coordinated as appropriate
Manage the classroom and participants during training by tracking attendance, addressing inappropriate behavior and documenting performance, both strengths and development needs
Troubleshoot technical issues and problems before and during sessions
Perform other duties as requested

Training delivery experience at professional level
Experience delivering leadership training and leading a team
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
Ability to communicate orally and writing in a clear and straightforward manner
Ability to communicate with all levels of executive, management and company personnel
Ability to deal with public in a professional manner
Ability to maintain confidentiality of information
Ability to make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure
Ability to manage multiple projects to meet implementation target dates
Ability to effectively utilize Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
Ability to show judgment and initiative and to accomplish job duties
Ability to work independently and with a group
Ability to use an internal consulting model
Ability to assess needs and create business and performance objectives
Skills in team building, relationship building, facilitation and presentation
Required Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of training and/or work experience
Required Related Work Experience and Number of Years
Training delivery experience at professional level or equivalent - 10Experience delivering leadership training and leading a team - 3 PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

The base pay for this position generally is between $78,900.00 and $139,500.00 . The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
