Summary: Currently have 2 phlebotomy openings!
1 opening - float position with the providers within Indiana
1 opening - onsite in a clinical office
Phlebotomist will be back office working with 10-20 patients/day
Medium pace setting that is busy since they do everything from blood draws to full processing alone.
Update chart as needed and do data entry
Perform venipuncture procedures
Blood draws and collect specimens
Spin and centrifuge specimen
Freeze or send out samples
Verifying billing and insurance information
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Phlebotomy schooling completed
1-2+ years of experience with phlebotomy and especially processing
Fully comfortable with processing samples (spinning samples/centrifuge, refrigerating, etc)
Friendly outgoing personality!
Nice have:
Phlebotomy Certification
Experience with computer systems are Atlas and Sunquest
