International Vitamin Corporation Inventory Auditor in Greenville, South Carolina

We currently have an opening for an Inventory Auditor at our Greenville, SC site.

The Inventory Auditor is responsible for overseeing the day to day accuracy of the Inventory at the site. In addition the Inventory Auditor will be responsible for ensuring that receipt and picking actions are recorded and transacted. It is the Inventory Auditors responsibility to ensure that all receipts are validated and accurate and that all locations are cycle counted per schedule. The Inventory Auditor will ensure that customer satisfaction standards as met or exceeded for both internal and external customers.

  • Responsible for the control and ongoing maintenance of the Inventory at the site

  • In partnership and through the Snr. Mgr. of Inventory Control, issue Cycle Count instructions for immediate need and for planned future requirements

  • Obtain information from IC Drivers/Auditors on errors and investigate the root cause of issues

  • Audit new receipt shipments for SKU and LOT# accuracy

  • Control all Inventory adjustments and report reasons for variances to the Finance Team

  • In addition; work closely with the Customer Service Team to ensure Inventory needed for special orders, customer promotions etc. are received accurately and timely, reporting variances as needed

  • Ensure all Customer FG Returns are processed timely and accurate back to stock

  • Other duties as assigned

  • Three to five years’ inventory control experience in a dynamic warehousing environment.

  • Knowledge of WMS Inventory Control processes and procedures and their financial impact.

  • Critical thinking, the ability to communicate to all levels of employees and management.

  • Strong leadership and change management skills.

  • Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

  • Ability to successfully manage concurrent projects, multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.

  • Committed to providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers, preserve confidential information, be reliable, dependable and organized.

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast pace environment and comply with strict time frames and deadlines.

  • Be able to develop and calculate key operational metrics.
