BAYADA Home Health Care Area Clinical Educator in Greenville, South Carolina

BAYADA is seeking a Clinical Educator for Skilled Nursing to support 3 Skilled Nursing offices in South Carolina (Rock Hill, Greenville & Columbia) . If you are looking for an exciting career opportunity in a growing industry, a Clinical Educator could be the position for you!

Responsibilities of Clinical Educators

  • Assess and evaluate staff and client learning needs and competency according to client population the offices serves

  • Plan, develop and implement educational, training and simulation programs based on learning needs of staff, clients, and

  • Support and mentor newly hired

  • Execute all aspects of simulation-based learning activities including pre-simulation activities and structured

  • Monitor electronic and simulation equipment functionality and collaborate with technology support when needed to ensure equipment is in good working

  • Provide opportunities for individual staff members to achieve professional

  • Maintain a current knowledge of the nursing profession by participating in formal education programs, conferences, workshops and professional organization

Qualifications include:

  • Current RN license in good standing

  • BSN/MSN preferred

  • Minimum two years recent and verifiable clinical experience within a Medicare Certified Home Health agency, OBQI, Adverse Event reporting, and other quality improvement measures

  • Experience developing performance improvement plans, field staff orientation, clinical chart review, and utilization review reporting

  • Strong assessment and organizational skills

  • Demonstrated successful track record of working independently while taking on increased or diverse responsibilities

  • Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position

  • Solid communication and PC skills (bilingual in Spanish and English a plus)
