Hyster-Yale Group, Inc. (HYG), a world-class manufacturer of industrial lift trucks, has an outstanding opportunity for an exceptional and talented Manufacturing HyCare Leader based at our Greenville, NC manufacturing facility.
What you will do:
Facilitate andguide our manufacturing operations in partnership with other departments throughout the customer company journey.
Collaborate with manufacturing sites and leadership teams to ensure the company delivers on its commitment to its customers.
Promote our customer first culture by implementing strategies to develop individuals, systems, and procedures.
Act as the ‘voice of the customer’ and ensure a positive experience for both internal and external stakeholders.
Effectively measure manufacturing processes that focus on solving customer problems, quality, and on-time-delivery.
Lead creative strategies tofacilitate understanding and acceptance of change across multiple functional areas.

What you will need:
- B.S. in Business Administration / Management, Engineering
Skills, Experience & Abilities
5+ years’ work experience in project management, communications and manufacturing processes.
Technical manufacturing systems knowledge
Company product knowledge and exposure to financial principles and controls
