Hyster-Yale Group, Inc. (HYG), a world-class manufacturer of industrial lift trucks, has an outstanding opportunity for an exceptional and talented Customer Experience Coordinator based at our Greenville, NC.

This role supports a Voice of the Customer (VoC) program that integrates with global business strategy. The program gathers data to provide key insights for strategic changes to the customer experience, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty throughout the customer lifecycle.

What you will do:

  • Support and help optimize HYG’s customer feedback and customer satisfaction program (CX360).

  • Support the implementation of customer experience programs and initiatives that align with the company’s overall customer strategy.

  • Track and report on customer satisfaction metrics. Collect, analyze, and report on customer data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.

  • Provide support and training to HYG internal stakeholders and the dealer network in the execution and adoption of the customer satisfaction program.

  • Create and maintain training and support resources that enables dealer participation in the program.

  • Perform business analysis and execution for small and medium sized business projects with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions to customer problems.

What you will need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred; or associate degree with additional 2 years of experience; in lieu of degree, additional 4 years of experience.

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer experience, customer service or related role.
